With winter almost behind us, we can’t help but dream of misty spring nights and the inevitable adventures that accompany the changing seasons.

Getting out of the house to enjoy fresh spring air, fun times with great friends, and celebrations of warmer weather is something almost all of us look forward to. Whether your agenda includes brunch, a picnic, a garden party, an evening by the fire with friends, or a special night with your significant other, a fresh spring cocktail can really set the tone for an intentional and refreshing experience, especially if you make it together.

As we prepare for spring weather and exciting gatherings, we wanted to share five of our favorite cocktails (or mocktails) that we know you’ll love. Featuring fresh ingredients and unique flavors, these beverages are fun to make and fun to drink. One of our favorite gin cocktails of all time! This cocktail takes full advantage of unique gin flavors to enhance the taste and help you create something special. If you’re a gin aficionado, you’ll want to break out one of your favorites for this light, bright recipe. You can prepare this cocktail in just 5 minutes and the recipe list is easy to achieve. Start out with fresh ice cubes in the bottom of the glass. You’ll need:

  • Gin of your choice

  • Ice cubes or crushed ice

  • Pomegranate juice

  • Soda water

  • Lime

  • Fresh pomegranate

  • Fresh mint sprig

Pink lemonade is one of the best ways to channel springtime vibes, and this drink has no shortage of them. This unique recipe will make good times even greater and give you something to talk about - we’ve even seen this recipe used for signature spring wedding cocktails. To build it yourself, you’ll need:

  • Champagne

  • Pink lemonade

  • Tequila

  • Triple sec

  • Fresh Lime juice & slices

  • Sugar sticks (optional)

  • Pink salt (optional)
